At the time of recording (29 July), "Positively 4th Street" was logged as "Black Dalli Rue".  By 19 August, when an Artist Job Sheet ¹ was typed up for that date's output, it had changed to "Positively 4th St.".

"Can You Please Crawl Out Your Window?" was listed on the recording sheets for 30 July as "Look At Barry Run".  By the time it was added to Dylan's Contract Card ², it had become, more reasonably, "Can You Please Crawl Out Of Your Window".

But it's possible that at the time the single was prepared for release, the two songs were still identified on the tape boxes by their original working titles.
