The photo under one of the disc trays seemed sort of familiar; this is because it's a differently-cropped version of a picture that first appeared in the original songbook for the album (on the left below), of Dylan with his hand up to his eyes.  However, someone evidently took a health and safety decision to remove the cigarette from Dylan's mouth; they probably also made him spit out his gum . . .
