Even in the US there was a very small change in the liner notes: towards the end, early copies (both mono and stereo) had the phrase "the subject matter — tho meaningful as it is — "; the second printing of the sleeve changed "meaningful" to "meaningless".  For illustrations, see Alan Fraser's Searching For A Gem website.
